## Job Description

## Lead the TPM function for R&D
- Run the portfolio of programs turning modular and behind-the-meter designs into buildable, ordered, scheduled reality
- Manage dependencies, decisions, and dates across mechanical, electrical, controls, and modelling workstreams
- Own executive visibility with honest one-pagers on program status
- Build the TPM team and the operating system it runs on

## Requirements
- Led TPM or program teams for hardware, infrastructure, or capital programs
- Ran portfolios where workstreams shared engineers and deadlines
- Surface slip weeks early with recovery options
- Program artifacts are the source of truth, not shelf-ware
- Hired and grown TPMs

## Nice-to-Haves
- Data center or energy programs
- NPI frameworks
- Modular or productized hardware
- Schedule risk analysis
