## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Partner with Risk & Banking Ops leadership (manager to director level) as an HR business partner, deeply understanding the business and providing consultative people solutions
- Advise leaders on performance management, coaching, employee relations, leveling, and organizational development
- Support diverse job families including non-exempt ops roles and strategy roles
- Monitor organizational health and design interventions to address challenges or risks
- Partner cross-functionally with recruiting, talent management, employee relations, internal mobility, and employee engagement teams
- Drive annual performance reviews, talent planning, and compensation cycles

## Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2–4 years of experience in a people-facing HR role, preferably at a high-growth company
- Skilled in coaching, facilitation, and influencing colleagues at various levels
- Experience building scalable, thoughtful people processes
- High integrity with ability to handle confidential information discreetly
- Willingness to speak up, tackle problems creatively and in a principled way
- Experience with or willingness to learn tools such as Radford, Workday, Lattice, and Notion

## Nice-to-Haves
- Experience at a high-growth SaaS or fintech company
