## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Lead and scale the corporate IT team while remaining hands-on.
- Establish measurable service-level agreements (SLAs) and a responsive, proactive support culture.
- Standardize IT systems, configurations, tools, and processes for reliability and scalability.
- Manage an agile team through sprint planning, backlog reviews, and daily standups.
- Lead enterprise projects, including GCC-H migration, with milestones, owners, risks, dates, and stakeholder communication.
- Drive permanent fixes through root-cause analysis.
- Own onboarding and offboarding, endpoint management, identity and access, enterprise software administration, office technology, and remote employee support.
- Partner with Cybersecurity on CUI hardening, patching, endpoint compliance, and related controls.
- Own corporate IT incident response through resolution.
- Build on-site IT capability to support growth in Washington, DC.
- Hold employees and vendors accountable for service quality and outcomes.

## Requirements
- Experience leading corporate IT in a growing technology, aerospace, defense, government contracting, or similarly complex organization.
- Strong background in Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, endpoint management, identity and access, enterprise software administration, and office IT.
- Ability to manage people, projects, vendors, and competing priorities while remaining technically hands-on.
- Organized, assertive leadership style with the ability to mentor and grow a team.
- Strong customer-service mindset with high standards for communication, ownership, and follow-through.
- U.S. work authorization or eligibility to obtain required authorizations under ITAR regulations.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with CUI, NIST SP 800-171, or CMMC.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary: $170,000–$210,000.
