## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own product positioning across the four pillars of the Autonomous Mission Systems portfolio: Mobility, Communications, Compute, and Sensing.
- Lead product launch planning and execution with brand, communications, and growth teams.
- Develop product content, including one-pagers, capability briefs, messaging frameworks, and demo narratives.
- Equip growth and business development teams with positioning, proof points, and competitive context.
- Maintain customer and competitive intelligence on the defense autonomy landscape.
- Partner with engineering teams to translate technical milestones and roadmap developments into market-facing proof points.
- Support events, demos, and campaigns with product messaging and subject-matter expertise.
- Travel up to 25% may be required.

## Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in defense technology, robotics, autonomy, or another deeply technical B2B domain.
- Ability to distill complex technical systems into clear, compelling messaging for non-engineering audiences.
- Experience planning and executing product launches.
- Exceptional writing skills across messaging frameworks and sales collateral.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills with product, engineering, and marketing teams.

## Nice-to-haves
- Familiarity with defense customer dynamics, including program offices, acquisition pathways, and mission priorities.
- Experience building sales enablement programs from scratch.
- Experience marketing integrated hardware/software systems or platform portfolios.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving environment with evolving priorities.
