## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse pipeline of businesses and prioritize outreach to accelerate sales cycles.
- Reach out to businesses at scale through cold calling, email, and social selling.
- Use a solutions-based sales approach to identify business challenges and provide targeted value around Square’s products.
- Document and track qualified opportunities for handoff to the Account Executive team.
- Meet and exceed monthly quotas.
- Develop sales skills through mentorship and ongoing professional development.
- Reside within 50 kilometers of the posted office location.

## Requirements
- Desire to grow a career in sales.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Personal leadership, authenticity, teamwork, energy, and curiosity.
- Enthusiasm for developing sales skills through cold calling.
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
