## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Help customers understand the value of Cribl during the sales process.
- Demo the product and answer customer questions during sales calls.
- Support customers during proof steps, such as workshops and proof-of-value exercises.
- Document interesting use cases in blog posts.
- Operate effectively in a high-volume, high-velocity sales environment, supporting multiple concurrent opportunities and delivering efficient, repeatable technical discovery, demonstrations, and solution consultations at scale.
- Occasionally perform duties outside standard working hours to support work across multiple time zones.

## Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales engineering.
- Experience with logs, metrics, IT operations, and security.
- Reside in the Western region of the United States.

## Nice-to-haves
- Security industry experience.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary range: **$110,000–$173,000 USD**.
- Sales and some sales-adjacent roles are eligible for incentive compensation (commission).
