## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Set the strategic roadmap and annual planning goals for the litigation support service line, managing the portfolio with clear dependencies and decision points.
- Design the end-to-end operating model for court filing and service of process, including intake, quality control, fulfillment, vendor management, and billing handoffs.
- Build operational guardrails for time-sensitive filings and service delivery where errors may be irreversible.
- Convert existing tacit knowledge into systems, playbooks, and tooling that new team members can execute.
- Own the service line’s technology strategy and translate operational strategy into requirements for product and engineering teams.
- Make build-versus-buy decisions involving filing platforms, service-of-process infrastructure, and automation.
- Identify where automation and AI can reduce cost and errors while preserving appropriate human involvement.
- Own the growth plan across client cross-sell, expansion, and new service offerings.
- Partner with Sales and Enablement on positioning, commercial playbooks, client promises, and intake standards.
- Own market analysis, including the competitive landscape, segment trends, and client research that informs future development.

## Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in strategic operations, business operations, consulting, or a similar role, ideally at a high-growth startup.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.
- Experience shipping internal tooling with product and engineering teams and writing clear technical requirements.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence and collaborate across departments.
- Track record of scaling operations, teams, or processes into new markets, jurisdictions, or service lines.

## Compensation and Benefits
