## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Build robust frontend applications using **Vue.js 3**.
- Develop real-time web applications for audio and SMS communications with patients.
- Build HTTP APIs in **JavaScript** and **TypeScript** using **Express.js**.
- Build and test custom internal TypeScript packages from scratch and migrate packages from JavaScript.
- Integrate third-party services including **Twilio**, **OpenAI**, **Databricks API**, and **AWS/GCP**.

## Requirements
- 3+ years of experience building highly available applications in a regulated environment.
- Working knowledge of **Vue 3**, **TypeScript**, **Node.js**, **Mongoose**, and **Express.js**.
- Experience with monorepos, especially **Turborepo**.
- Experience with SQL databases such as **PostgreSQL** and NoSQL databases such as **MongoDB**.

## Nice-to-haves
- Healthcare technology or SaaS experience.
- Familiarity with **HL7**, **FHIR**, or **EHR** systems.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as **AWS**, **Azure**, or **GCP**.
- Familiarity with **CI/CD pipelines** and **Git**.
- Real-time streaming experience.
