## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, accurate, and efficient support via phone calls.
- Assist customers with complex options order execution.
- Analyze customer positions and explain advantages and disadvantages of various strategies.
- Identify self-directed investors’ needs and provide timely solutions.
- Work Monday–Friday, 7 AM–4 PM or 8 AM–5 PM, depending on staffing needs.

## Requirements
- Work onsite in the Chicago office five days per week.
- FINRA Series 3, 7, and 63 certifications.
- Familiarity with Regulation T and portfolio margin accounts.
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective customer interaction abilities.
- Proficiency with technology and tools including Salesforce, Slack, and Microsoft Teams.
- Understanding of options execution mechanics and pricing.
- Knowledge of futures and options on futures.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in a similar, high-call-volume role.

## Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $70,000–$90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
