## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Implement GEO, AEO, and SEO tactics to improve Dialpad’s visibility in AI search results and increase organic-search and LLM-generated leads and pipeline.
- Use AI tools to generate and edit content for GEO/AEO, then publish it on the website.
- Collaborate with design to update existing images and create new content visuals.
- Implement GEO tests and support conversion-rate optimization testing as needed.
- Support external web visibility through outreach, backlinking, and collaboration with PR and Social teams, including engagement on Reddit.
- Use LLMs, Ahrefs, and AI visibility tools for keyword and prompt research, competitive analysis of search results and prompt responses, and monitoring rankings, mentions, and citations.
- Stay current on evolving GEO/AEO best practices and tools.

## Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Psychology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of SEO or marketing communications experience.
- Experience writing, editing, and publishing website content.
- Proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini.
