## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Add and update software packages in PDQ’s package library using established tools and processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex package bugs and failures.
- Collaborate with packaging team members to improve processes and tools.
- Support packaging needs across Windows and macOS.
- Test and validate packages before release to customers.
- Answer packaging questions from the solutions team and other package-library stakeholders.
- Provide packaging input to Product and Development for upcoming initiatives.

## Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a technical role such as desktop support engineering or system administration.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and follow established processes.
- Some QA experience.
- Experience in a highly regulated industry such as government, healthcare, or finance is preferred.
