## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own the employee lifecycle experience, including onboarding, offboarding, and exit processes, designing programs that scale with headcount.
- Lead culture and engagement programming, including onsites, offsites, biweekly events, recognition, and ERGs, in partnership with Workplace.
- Own the shared culture and engagement calendar end to end.
- Design and run engagement surveys, pulse checks, and quarterly listening tours, translating results into program changes.
- Build manager-facing infrastructure, including development surveys, self-service tools, and feedback-cycle facilitation.
- Turn ad hoc programs such as swag and conference perks into repeatable, budgeted processes with clear ownership and cadence.
- Manage vendors, budgets, and logistics across events, swag, and conferences.
- Report program impact to leadership.
- Run the internship program independently from design through execution.

## Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience running people programs end to end at a technology company or high-growth startup.
- Experience independently owning onboarding or performance cycles, including design, execution, and iteration.
- Ability to manage vendors, budgets, and logistics across multiple programs simultaneously.
- Strong program design and process documentation skills.
- Track record of tying people programs to measurable outcomes.
- Comfort operating autonomously in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities.
- Strong written communication skills for internal communications.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience supporting or building employee resource group programs.
- Background spanning both lifecycle programs and culture or events work.
- Familiarity with HRIS and survey tools such as Workday, Lattice, and Culture Amp.
