## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Create graphic design elements for global experiential marketing, including trade show booths, environmental graphics, regional pop-ups, and summits.
- Translate brand and creative direction into graphics for varied local and regional contexts.
- Apply spatial and architectural principles, considering materiality, surfaces, architecture, lighting, and movement through a space.
- Develop design languages across projects, applications, environments, and channels.
- Contribute to ideation with the wider brand team.
- Present design thinking clearly to internal teams and partners.
- Delegate tasks to junior designers, artworkers, and external partners.
- Create production-ready artwork files.
- Manage project planning and timelines while delivering high-quality work.

## Requirements
- Proven design credentials and a strong conceptual foundation.
- Experience taking projects from concept through design to delivery.
- Strong spatial design awareness and understanding of spatial and architectural principles.
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Strong interest in AI and confidence using AI in the design process.
- Ability to advocate for ideas, collaborate across departments, and take ownership of projects and timelines.
