## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Build and own core operating models to identify key business drivers and maintain a dynamic forecast in a fast-changing environment.
- Prepare and deliver clear, concise, and insightful financial analyses to support strategic decision-making by executives and cross-functional partners.
- Improve financial infrastructure and reporting by building scalable processes, dashboards, and systems.
- Provide recommendations on financial strategies, investments, and resource allocation decisions based on the company's financial objectives.
- Drive annual and long-range planning cycles, including target-setting, budgeting, benchmarking, and scenario analysis across the corporate cost base.

## Requirements
- 6+ years of experience, including strategic finance roles at high-growth technology companies.
- Low-ego, high-drive work style with strong attention to detail and a high personal bar for quality.
- Strong financial modeling skills, including the ability to build complex operating models from scratch.
- Experience with unit economics and cost structure analysis.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to distill complex financial concepts into clear, actionable insights for executive and cross-functional audiences.
- Comfort with ambiguity, a bias toward ownership, and a track record of thriving in fast-moving, unstructured environments.

## Compensation
- $160,000 - $240,000 USD
