## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Build and lead a creator-first content production system from audience insight and channel brief through creator concepts, briefing, capture, studio polish, publishing, and performance learning.
- Set and uphold creative standards for social and owned content, ensuring alignment with Linktree’s product vision and business objectives.
- Develop and refresh creative design and motion systems, templates, playbooks, and repeatable formats that improve speed and consistency while preserving channel-specific identities.
- Translate audience insights and performance data into creative concepts and campaigns.
- Build and direct the Content Studio’s core disciplines, ways of working, creator roster, and specialist contractor bench.
- Coordinate with internal creative teams to maintain consistent, non-duplicative work across the business.
- Set the final creative bar for authenticity, storytelling, brand consistency, platform fit, and production quality.
- Lead larger creative concepts and tentpole work, engaging specialist or external support when needed.
- Develop creator concepts, write creator briefs, direct creator talent, and turn raw creator material into polished branded content.
- Direct copy, design, motion, and video while providing clear, actionable feedback.

## Requirements
- **8+ years** of experience in creative direction, brand creative, or content production.
- Experience creating, leading, or directing teams and/or freelance talent rosters.
- Strong understanding of the creator economy and creator-led storytelling.
- Ability to move between setting creative vision, giving feedback, and executing hands-on prototypes or production work.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary contractors, freelance talent, creative agencies, or flexible production rosters.
- Fluency in adapting creative for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Threads, and long-form formats.
- Outstanding communication, alignment, and feedback skills.
- Proven ability to translate insights and data into creative concepts.
- Strong creative taste, judgment, and brand stewardship across content formats.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive compensation package including **cash, equity, and benefits**.
- Base salary targeted at **$160,000–$180,000** for roles based in San Francisco and Los Angeles.
- Final offers may vary based on location, experience, expertise, and role scope.
