## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Upsell checking, treasury, and sweep products to existing card-only customers.
- Assist with Security Account Control Agreements (SACA) and cash covenants to provide customers with higher credit limits.
- Manage accounts and serve as a strategic advisor through inbound and outbound sales.
- Engage prospects throughout the sales cycle, including prospecting, product demonstrations, onboarding, and closing.
- Develop strategic plans with cross-functional partners to drive product adoption, assets under management (AUM), and revenue.
- Participate in daily training and enablement.
- Partner with Account Executives, Relationship Managers, Customer Success, and Client Sales to generate referrals.

## Requirements
- 3+ years of outbound sales experience in financial services, fintech, or early-stage companies.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging executive and C-suite decision-makers.
- Experience carrying a quota with a proven record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year university.

## Nice-to-haves
- Active or reactivatable Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.
- Familiarity with Gong, Salesforce, and Outreach.

## Compensation
- Expected on-target earnings (OTE): USD $132,888–$166,110, including base salary and commissions.
- Equity and other compensation may be included depending on the position offered.
