## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Engage contractors through inbound and follow-up outbound calls; no cold calling or prospecting required.
- Quickly qualify leads and conduct discovery to understand contractor needs.
- Deliver live product demonstrations and close deals, often during the first call.
- Work new inbound leads daily and manage the active pipeline.
- Own a monthly quota of closed deals, with deal volume dependent on deal size.
- Hand closed accounts cleanly to Customer Success.
- Accurately log pipeline and sales activity in Salesforce and Dialpad.

## Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to close at a high rate, supported by metrics such as close rate and quota attainment.
- Experience closing deals at a high level; experience may include self-sourced pipeline or SDR-generated demos.
- Coachability and ability to apply feedback.

## Nice to Have
- Experience selling into the trades or home improvement industry.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary of $45,000 annually.
- Uncapped commission with accelerators; top sales professionals can earn upwards of $150,000 annually.
