## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Understand the challenges of prospects, stakeholders, and customers and develop content ideas to address them.
- Write clear, confident, conversational copy for multiple formats and channels.
- Repurpose long-form assets into concise, platform-specific content.
- Analyze content performance metrics to inform content strategy.
- Collaborate with design, video, and other creative teams to bring writing to life.
- Build relationships with subject-matter experts across the business.
- Monitor external trends and share ideas and improvements with the team.

## Requirements
- Recent bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field.
- Native or near-native English speaking and writing ability.
- Storytelling experience, such as student journalism, a personal blog or Substack, scriptwriting, creative essays, or social media threads.
- Ability and enthusiasm to learn complex technology and explain its underlying concepts.
- Comfort using AI and willingness to learn emerging AI solutions.
- Ability to convert complex concepts into clear, accessible prose.
- Strong project management skills.
- Self-starter mindset and comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
- Understanding of how people consume content on B2B channels such as LinkedIn, YouTube, and podcasts.
- Strong proofreading skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Availability for 12 months of full-time work, 40 hours per week, based in Madrid and working onsite from the Madrid office.
