## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple roles and business units, including search strategy, candidate engagement, interview process management, and offer execution.
- Proactively identify and engage talent using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Greenhouse, referrals, and professional networking.
- Deliver a high-touch candidate experience from initial outreach through the offer stage.
- Analyze talent markets, industry trends, and hiring dynamics to inform search strategy and hiring decisions.
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to define role requirements, candidate profiles, search strategy, and market insights.
- Maintain data accuracy and process discipline across recruiting systems and workflows.

## Requirements
- 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth technology company, executive search firm, or recruitment consultancy.
- Demonstrated success sourcing and engaging talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, CRM/ATS tools, and market research.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong understanding of the technology talent landscape and competitor markets.
- Experience partnering with hiring managers and senior stakeholders across multiple searches while balancing competing priorities.
