## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Work closely with functional leadership, cross-functional partners, and Finance colleagues to support data-driven decision making.
- Create financial models from scratch to size business initiatives and investment required for ROI-based trade-offs.
- Partner with G&A leadership to develop and monitor headcount and vendor spend to keep financial plan on track.
- Support long-range planning activities, including strategic analysis for fundraising, capital structure, and liquidity planning.

## Requirements
- 4+ years of finance experience; previous career in banking or investing preferred.
- **Bachelor’s degree** in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills, including ability to build financial models from scratch and conduct deep-dive analysis.
- Self-starter comfortable in high-growth environment, taking ownership with limited guidance.
- Strong collaboration skills, oral/written communication for non-financial audiences.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with **Salesforce** and **SQL**.
