## Job Description

## Key Responsibilities

- **Program Delivery**: Scope and deliver complex programs spanning multiple domains including engineering, security, and compliance.
- **Operational Frameworks**: Build and maintain frameworks to plan, track, and report on multiple concurrent projects.
- **Stakeholder Management**: Work closely with individual contributors, managers, and the founding team throughout the project lifecycle.
- **End-to-End Ownership**: Drive projects through completion, including documentation, marketing, analytics, and feature delivery.
- **Technical Impact**: Leverage your technical background to understand how decisions affect our highly technical customer base.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Identify, prioritize, and initiate new programs that improve operational efficiency.

## Requirements

### Must-Have Experience
- Proven track record in Technical Program Management.
- Prior software engineering experience.
- Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
- Experience with backend services delivery.
- Experience managing large scale, cross functional projects from development to customer launch.

### Nice-to-Have Skills
- Background in Cloud services.
- Background in Developer products.
- Background in software development.
