## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end event strategy and annual calendar, aligning Patch-produced events, executive roundtables, and industry conferences with pipeline goals and brand priorities.
- Drive revenue and customer retention through targeted engagements for sustainability executives, partnering with Sales on pre- and post-event outreach.
- Lead creative concepting and production for in-person and virtual events, ensuring brand alignment and industry relevance.
- Amplify market presence by securing speaking opportunities and curating customer stories.
- Manage full-cycle operations including multi-million dollar budgets, vendor negotiations, onsite execution, and staffing.
- Direct cross-functional teams (Product Marketing, Comms, Design) for cohesive execution.
- Plan post-event deliverables like video, photography, and recaps for social and content channels.
- Build scalable playbooks and processes for efficiency.
- Measure success via engagement, pipeline attribution, and cost efficiency.

## Requirements
- 6–8+ years in B2B experiential or events marketing, ideally in SaaS, climate, technology, or enterprise, focused on driving pipeline and building brand.
- Hands-on expertise in designing and executing in-person and virtual experiences.
- Proven history of delivering business outcomes and pipeline generation.
- Balance of creative vision and operational discipline.
- Builder mindset with experience using AI in workflows.
- Comfort working with senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Proactive, scrappy, collaborative style.
- Passion for climate action.
