## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Support clients through onboarding and develop strong command of the Luxury Presence platform.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure clients get maximum value from their investment.
- Build trusted relationships through proactive communication and consistent follow-through.
- Drive product adoption by translating client goals into tailored platform recommendations.
- Manage multiple clients and priorities while staying organized.

## Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, Customer Support, or related client-facing role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort learning new software platforms quickly; experience with content management systems and integrations (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, common CRMs) a plus.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, social media, content, paid media) or eagerness to learn.
- Reliable, organized, thorough; experience in fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Interest in real estate industry.
