## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own problem discovery, solution design, and delivery for provider calendar, scheduling, availability, messaging, client lists, and client profiles.
- Lead the 0-to-1 strategy and execution for AI and agentic workflows that automate client coordination, determining where automation adds value and where human oversight is needed.
- Define product strategy and roadmap, translating provider and patient needs into prioritized execution.
- Establish and monitor success metrics across provider retention, engagement, and patient access; iterate to improve outcomes.
- Partner closely with engineering, design, data, and clinical teams to ship reliable, intuitive experiences.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience building and shipping high-quality, user-centric products with complex workflows.
- Experience owning products end-to-end, from discovery and strategy through execution and iteration.
- Strong product judgment, UX sensibility, and attention to detail, edge cases, and trusted user experiences.
- Data-informed decision-making using qualitative and quantitative insights.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and ability to build alignment and drive momentum without formal authority.

## Nice to Have
- Experience shipping LLM or agentic product features.
- Experience working on messaging, scheduling, or calendar products.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $183,000-$216,000 annually.
