## Job Description

## Required Skills and Experience
- 4+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Technical company founding, entrepreneurial, or high visibility side projects experience (preferred but not required)
- Understanding of the full agentic software development stack, helping coding agents build, test, and review correct code
- Strong track record leading complex projects with cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience building and operating platform systems that other teams depend on
- Strong product judgment: balance UX, speed, correctness, and long-term maintainability
- Comfort working in modern web stacks such as **TypeScript**, **React**, **Node.js**, **Postgres**

## Example Projects
- Helping Replit Agent build viable alternatives to the world’s most popular SaaS vendors (Data, Decks, Videos, etc)
- Replit Agent becoming a full principal within a large number of third party services (read and write)
- Using Replit fully within a wide range of chat, agentic, and commerce environments
