## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Manage pipeline in Salesforce and accurately forecast revenue.
- Conduct sales calls, presentations, and detailed product demonstrations.
- Close business and consistently achieve quota.
- Become a product expert across the platform and understand the competitive landscape.
- Partner with the Customer Success Management team to ensure smooth customer transitions.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of sales experience, particularly in SaaS and B2B markets.
- Bilingual English and French proficiency.
- Experience carrying an annual quota of $1M or more.
- Demonstrated sales success, including top-10% performance.
- Experience selling HRIS/HCM software and/or security-related products.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
