## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Build and manage partnerships with Core Hosts in Vietnam, developing strong, long-lasting relationships.
- Prospect and onboard new, high-quality supply in the assigned geography.
- Analyze data and provide data-driven recommendations to identify and act on strategic opportunities that increase sales.
- Handle operational complexity and maximize resource impact.
- Develop deep knowledge of assigned markets and serve as the internal and external source for local trends and market dynamics.
- Represent Airbnb in external meetings and events with Core Hosts.
- Educate hosts about product changes and communicate product and policy feedback to internal stakeholders.
- Conduct regular optimization calls and business reviews with partners.
- Provide timely, exceptional service and guidance to Core Hosts, including occasional travel to Vietnam for in-person support.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, communications, public policy, and customer support teams.

## Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, sales, or account management.
- Experience in technology; travel technology experience is a plus.
- Experience in Vietnam.
- Strong time management, prioritization, and operational execution skills.
- Proven ability to manage a leads pipeline or book of business.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong quantitative and data interpretation skills.
- High proficiency with CRM software, including leads, opportunities, and core objects; Salesforce experience is a plus.
- Ability to manage changing priorities, tight deadlines, and ambiguous environments.
- Proven cross-functional collaboration experience.
- Ability to work strategically and tactically while balancing short- and long-term priorities.
- Resourceful, self-sufficient, and proactive approach.
- Fluency in Vietnamese and English.
- Ability to travel to Vietnam as needed.
