## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own program portfolio performance: establish and monitor performance signals across digital physical therapy programs (engagement, retention, outcomes, gross margin); identify optimization opportunities.
- Build the launch playbook: define squad operations, evaluate new program innovations, handle client customizations, validate product-market fit.
- Launch new program experiences: lead discovery and validation to expand dPT portfolio for new member segments.
- Deliver measurable results: define metrics and own roadmap for category expansion.
- Shape priorities: collaborate with cross-functional partners to secure investment for program priorities.

## Requirements
**Basic Qualifications:**
- 5-7+ years of product management experience, with 0-1 product development.
- Experience shaping end-to-end user experiences across multiple touchpoints (app, service, hardware).
- Business acumen: own growth, retention, gross margin; balance commercial and user needs.
- Data rigor: data-driven decisions, optimize lifecycle metrics, hypothesis-driven testing.
- Exceptional communication and influence skills.

**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience in digital health, fitness, or clinically-informed consumer products.
- Experience in matrixed organizations without dedicated engineering resources.
- Familiarity with multi-modal experiences (connected hardware, care services, clinical workflows).">
