## Job Description

## The impact you'll have:
- Define and drive the strategy for customer onboarding, workspace experience, account management, and other horizontal product experiences.
- Partner closely with product management, design, and other engineering teams to build intuitive, scalable, and extensible solutions that drive product-led growth.
- Lead architectural decisions to ensure performance, reliability, and simplicity across core user flows.
- Hands-on full-stack software development to create dynamic, user-centric experiences.
- Drive best practices for engineering excellence, including design reviews, code quality, testing strategies, and performance optimizations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams developing vertical product experiences (Lakehouse Platform, SQL Warehouse, AI/BI Dashboards) and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration and innovation.

## What we look for:
- **15+ years** of software engineering experience, with a strong track record of technical leadership and impact.
- **5+ years** of engineering management experience, including managing managers.
- Expertise in **Front End or Full Stack** development.
- Experience designing and building scalable SaaS platforms, onboarding flows, or customer growth-focused product experiences.
- Expertise in distributed systems, cloud platforms (**AWS, Azure, GCP**), and modern web application architectures.
- Strong ability to collaborate across product, engineering, and business teams to align technical strategy with company growth objectives.
- Passion for the data intelligence space.
