## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day project plans, workstreams, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and open items for payer implementations.
- Support implementations from contract execution through launch by tracking decisions, coordinating follow-ups, and resolving outstanding needs.
- Own intake and documentation for partner requests, defining priorities, next steps, and stakeholder visibility.
- Identify and escalate partner risks, blockers, and gaps.
- Prepare partner-facing project plans, presentation decks, meeting notes, decision logs, and status updates.
- Participate in payer calls, lead weekly check-ins, document decisions, confirm ownership, and coordinate next steps.
- Coordinate implementation workstreams with Clinical, Operations, Finance, Provider Operations, Legal, and other cross-functional teams.
- Support post-launch account management, including monitoring data feeds, tracking reporting needs, and managing operational follow-ups.
- Document repeatable implementation processes, templates, lessons learned, and best practices.
- Recommend process improvements that increase clarity, efficiency, and consistency.

## Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 3+ years of client-facing operations, partner implementation, or account management experience in healthcare.
- Strong project management skills, including plan development, milestone tracking, and risk management across concurrent initiatives.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal leadership and external payer stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and proactive issue identification and resolution.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Ability to work Eastern or Central Time hours; periodic travel may be required.
