## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing through close, across marketing, finance, people operations, and especially operations roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to map hiring needs and implement continuous process improvements.
- Build top-of-funnel pipelines through creative outbound recruiting, talent intelligence, and structured screens, automated work samples, and calibrated rubrics.
- Coach hiring managers and interviewers on structured interviewing, leveling, and decision hygiene.
- Operationalize hiring systems and optimize funnel metrics, including pass-through rates, time-in-stage, and source yield.
- Drive hiring service-level agreements for same-day debriefs, fast offers, and strong candidate experience.
- Build the employer brand through campaigns, referrals, and events.
- Represent Deeptune and Mercor externally in a competitive talent market.
- Collaborate on dashboards, metrics, and process automation in Ashby and other recruiting systems.
- Refine technical recruiting processes as the operations organization increasingly hires technical professionals.

## Requirements
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting across individual contributor and leadership roles.
- Ability to build and scale hiring systems, identify key metrics, and make data-driven decisions.
- Outcome-oriented approach and ability to operate effectively in a hypergrowth environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with General Managers, Account Leads, and internal leadership.
- Familiarity with GTM, strategy, and operations recruiting, ideally with experience recruiting technical roles such as software engineers or forward-deployed engineers.
- Confidence representing the Deeptune and Mercor brands to top candidates.
- Familiarity with Ashby or ability to quickly adopt new tools and systems.

## Nice to Have
- Experience as a founding recruiter or early-stage startup builder.
- Interest in human data or AGI.
- Technical recruiting expertise.
