## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery and solution design conversations with prospects and existing customers across EMEA sales cycles.
- Deliver product demonstrations connecting the AI and data science platform to customer business challenges and technical requirements.
- Partner with account executives on strategies for complex deals and competitive evaluations.
- Create reusable demonstration environments, videos, and technical content to accelerate deal velocity and support regional marketing.
- Share EMEA customer feedback with product and engineering teams to influence roadmap priorities and identify prototype or proof-of-concept opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales, customer success, support, marketing, and product teams from evaluation through implementation.
- Manage multiple concurrent opportunities, prioritizing active deals, customer relationships, and internal collaboration.

## Requirements
- 3+ years of customer-facing experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, technical consulting, customer success, or similar technical roles.
- Hands-on experience with tools and workflows in AI, data science, or data engineering.
- Ability to demonstrate technical concepts and understand customer architectures.
- Based in EMEA and able to work across regional time zones, with occasional customer-site travel.
- Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear business value for practitioners and executives.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholder relationships and prioritizing work independently.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience as a data scientist, machine learning engineer, or data engineer.
- Startup experience in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Experience with open-source tools or open-source communities.
- Consulting or other customer-facing experience involving unfamiliar technical domains.
- Familiarity with Anaconda or similar Python ecosystem platforms for data science and AI development.
