## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Create high-impact, responsive web experiences from wireframes through high-fidelity prototypes, balancing clarity, conversion, and brand expression.
- Evolve the web design system and Figma component libraries for scalability and consistency.
- Collaborate with engineers to translate designs into production, write detailed specifications, QA builds, and work fluently with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experiment with interactive experiences using WebGL/Three.js, Canvas, GSAP, p5.js, or similar tools.
- Apply strong design judgment to turn interactive concepts into business impact through polished execution.

## Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in interactive or digital design roles.
- Expert proficiency in Figma for systems, components, and prototyping.
- Comfort working in code with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and collaborating closely with engineers.
- Experience with modern interactive tools such as Framer, Spline, WebGL/Three.js, GSAP, or similar.
- Familiarity with headless CMS workflows, such as Sanity, and real content structures.
- Strong eye for typography, layout, motion, and visual hierarchy.
- Portfolio of shipped interactive work demonstrating taste, technical fluency, and business impact.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience with creative agencies or in-house teams serving consumer-facing brands.
- Understanding of accessibility standards for motion and interactivity.
- Record of delivering award-winning or high-impact web experiences.

## Compensation
- Expected salary range: $187,000–$234,000 base salary.
- Equity and other compensation may be included depending on the position offered.
