## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Headhunt top profiles for Sales (pre- and post-sales), Marketing, and Support functions through sourcing and proactive outreach.
- Identify hiring needs with team leaders and hiring managers.
- Assess applications and candidate interest through screening and pre-qualification interviews.
- Provide an excellent candidate experience.
- Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders by coaching participants and sharing best practices.
- Track and report talent acquisition metrics to identify best practices and pain points.

## Requirements
- Prior experience in talent acquisition in a fast-growing environment.
- Prior experience with go-to-market hiring in the technology sector.
- Strong headhunting skills, including the ability to shift between high-volume sourcing and retained-search approaches.
- Entrepreneurial, hands-on approach and ability to work autonomously.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organization, prioritization, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to thrive in challenging, fast-paced environments.
