## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Partner with customers on strategic opportunities, building trusted relationships with executives and enterprise data architects.
- Innovate and design data-driven and AI-powered solutions and architectures for manufacturing use cases, including end-to-end blueprints and demo showcases with AI/ML and agentic flows.
- Drive repeatability and scale by building reusable solution assets, frameworks, persona use case journeys, system architectures, and field enablement workshops/playbooks.
- Influence product roadmap by providing structured feedback based on industry needs and customer requirements.
- Act as thought leader through blogs, talks, field enablement, webinars, and conferences.

## Requirements
- 10+ years of architecture experience building, consulting to, or implementing technology for Manufacturing business units/companies.
- Expert in Manufacturing data topics (Supply Chain, IT/OT, Digital Twin, etc.), challenges, and opportunities.
- Ability to consultatively engage customers, understand pain points, and design solutions using data and AI technologies.
- Broad experience with large-scale database/data warehouse, ETL, analytics, public cloud technologies.
- Understanding of Data Science & Machine Learning in Manufacturing.
- Familiarity with enterprise data sources/technologies: ERPs, CRMs, SCMs, MES, SCADA, QMS, LIMS.
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills for technical and executive audiences.
- Experience with senior executives.
- Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related preferred.
- Strong knowledge of **SQL**, **Python** (hands-on); Java, Scala a plus.
- 3+ years Cloud Provider (**AWS**, **Azure**, **GCP**) customer-facing architecture experience.
- Ability to travel.

- Equivalent experience to advanced degrees.
