## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Schedule jobs and serve as an extension of clients' offices to deliver reliable, timely, and hospitable experiences for depositions.
- Coordinate many moving parts across fast-moving workflows.
- Partner closely with Account Managers, Operations, and internal teams to ensure every client need is met.
- Prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced remote environment.

## Requirements
- 1+ years of administrative, coordination, or operational assistant experience.
- Hospitality mindset and exceptional communication skills.
- Comfort picking up new systems quickly.
- Ability to prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced remote environment.
- Availability to cover Monday through Friday, 9a-5p CT or 10a-7p PT.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Prior court reporting agency or legal experience.
