## Job Description

## What You’ll Do
- **Product Mastery**: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
- **Lead Generation**: Proactively identify and research potential leads through various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and industry events.
- **Sales Tools Utilization**: Utilize our CRM and other sales tools to build prospect lists, craft outbound messaging, and share results with the larger sales team.
- **Collaborative Transition**: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads.
- **Initiate Conversations**: Engage with key decision-makers at target companies to initiate sales conversations.
- **Pipeline Development**: Build and maintain a strong pipeline throughout the quarters to ensure coverage is there to attain goals / KPIs.
- **Market Knowledge**: Learn and stay updated on Flex, industry trends, and competition to maintain in-depth knowledge.

## What You Bring
- Previous experience in a customer-focused or sales-related role within a high-growth environment.
- Self-motivated with the ability to hit the ground running in prospecting, managing, and qualifying leads.
- A passion for developing and fostering relationships, enjoying meaningful interpersonal interactions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, coupled with exceptional organizational abilities and a keen attention to detail.
- An overachiever who never quits, never takes no for an answer, and consistently succeeds in all endeavors.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment, with the ability to wear multiple hats and take on various roles as needed.
- A strong enthusiasm for the FinTech/startup space, with a keen interest in industry trends and developments.
- A degree in business or a related field is a plus.
