## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own top-of-funnel sourcing strategy across Finance, Accounting, Legal, People, Operations, Strategy, IT, Procurement, Facilities, and other G&A functions.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring leaders to define target profiles and build data-informed sourcing plans.
- Map talent markets by company, skill set, geography, and organizational structure; identify talent pools, competitor insights, and emerging trends.
- Identify, engage, and attract specialized technical talent through Boolean search, sourcing platforms, communities, conferences, referrals, and niche aerospace networks.
- Build long-term pipelines of passive, cleared, and specialized engineering talent.
- Design and improve AI-powered sourcing workflows, research agents, and automations to increase recruiting productivity and market intelligence.
- Create repeatable market maps, talent intelligence reports, outreach content, sourcing documentation, and recruiting processes.
- Serve as a technical sourcing subject-matter expert; coach recruiters and hiring managers on sourcing strategy, market insights, candidate engagement, and recruiting technologies.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Operations, Employer Brand, University Recruiting, and Engineering teams.
- Use recruiting analytics, experimentation, and storytelling to measure effectiveness, optimize outreach, and improve conversion rates.

## Requirements
- 8+ years of sourcing experience, ideally supporting G&A, corporate functions, or complex, high-growth organizations.
- Experience with market mapping, competitive intelligence, and candidate generation for specialized technical roles.
- Expertise in advanced Boolean search and modern sourcing platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, SeekOut, ClearanceJobs, and GitHub.
- Experience partnering consultatively with recruiters, hiring managers, and senior engineering leaders to influence hiring strategy.
- Hands-on experience building or using AI-powered sourcing workflows, agentic AI tools, workflow automations, or practical AI solutions.
- Experience using AI development environments or coding assistants such as Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or Gemini to create sourcing workflows, research outputs, market intelligence, process automation, or documentation.
- Experience cultivating relationships with passive, cleared, or niche engineering talent.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Strong judgment, curiosity, organization, data-driven decision-making, autonomy, and continuous-improvement mindset.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience supporting Finance, Accounting, Legal, People, Operations, Strategy, IT, Procurement, or other G&A functions.
- Familiarity with export control, ITAR, EAR, or security-cleared recruiting environments.
- Familiarity with Ashby, recruiting analytics, CRM, or talent intelligence platforms.
- Experience supporting high-growth, venture-backed technology organizations.
- Interest in emerging recruiting technologies, sourcing methodologies, and AI advancements.
