## Job Description

## Responsibilities

- Partner with recruiters and hiring teams to understand recruitment strategy and hiring goals, then build complementary sourcing strategies.
- Provide industry insight and competitive intelligence, with a strategic focus on diversity at every stage of the funnel.
- Use data-driven methods to analyze forecasts, track and communicate operational metrics, and improve team operations.
- Stay current on industry and marketplace trends, including recruiting analytics and compliance issues.
- Innovate sourcing and recruiting strategies and recommend process adjustments, tools, and standard methodologies.
- Develop expansive sourcing strategies to support growth of a representative organization.

## Requirements

- Strong recruiting and sourcing experience, primarily focused on engineering sourcing in a fast-growing technology company.
- Proven ability to improve efficiency through technologies, processes, and workflows.
- Excellent relationship-building, consulting, and negotiation skills.
- Data-driven, results-oriented mindset with critical-thinking, analytical, and quantitative abilities.
- Detail-oriented project management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to operate with focus, efficiency, and passion.
- Sophisticated knowledge of applicant tracking systems; Greenhouse preferred.
- Experience with customer relationship management systems; GEM preferred.
- Experience partnering with and hiring Senior+ individual contributors and Engineering Manager+ candidates.

## Compensation and Benefits

- **Pay range:** $67,838–$80,000 USD.
