## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Serve as a key analytics partner to senior stakeholders, providing data-driven insights to guide strategic decisions
- Elevate analytical excellence on advanced data analysis, statistical modeling, experimentation, and metric frameworks
- Collaborate with Strategic Finance, Data Engineering, Data Science, Product Marketing, and other cross-functional teams
- Solve large, open-ended critical business questions without known prior solutions
- Proactively identify under-invested areas and drive cross-functional alignment on investment
- Design, execute, and analyze complex experiments (A/B tests and quasi-experiments) to measure feature impact
- Leverage AI-assisted tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to increase efficiency and automate repetitive analytical tasks

## Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years experience in advanced analytics, preferably in marketplace and/or travel industries
- Deep technical expertise in data analysis, experimentation, causal inference, and familiarity with LLMs
- Deep domain expertise in one area or broad expertise in multiple domain areas
- Robust business acumen and strategic thinking skills
- Outstanding communication skills with ability to convey complex concepts accessibly
- Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-functional influence
- Agile, growth-minded approach with history of driving projects from ideation to impact
- Quantitative undergraduate degree required; advanced degree highly preferred
