## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Partner with College & Professional sales teams to identify growth opportunities, join key customer meetings, and design high-performance workflow solutions.
- Help customers address strategic challenges using deep industry knowledge, deliver high-impact solutions, and share best practices across global sports.
- Listen to client challenges, rapidly prototype ideas, and collaborate with Product to shape the Pro Suite roadmap.
- Design training programs, onboard sales representatives, and create customer-facing webinars and guides to drive tool adoption.
- Collaborate across Global Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Operations.
- Maintain accurate Salesforce data, track impact against the annual team plan, and ensure smooth handoffs for Tier 1 and Tier 2 customers.
- Travel regularly to visit sales pods, meet Tier 1 and Tier 2 customers, and present at global events.

## Requirements
- Strong experience delivering pre-sales consulting and defining professional services within a SaaS business.
- Deep, hands-on knowledge of high-performance workflows in elite sports, such as global football, rugby, or Olympic sports.
- Experience with Hudl products, particularly Hudl, Hudl Sportscode, Hudl Replay, Wyscout, or StatsBomb.
- Strong collaboration, communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel regularly.
- Fluency in English and, preferably, additional languages relevant to the regional sports market.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Salesforce, Google Workspace, Microsoft applications, and modern AI tools.
- Ability to build insights dashboards.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary range: €39,000–€65,000.
- On-target earnings: €48,750–€81,250.
