## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain end-to-end features using modern JavaScript and cloud-native technologies.
- Lead technical design for key initiatives, driving quality, scalability, and maintainability.
- Build reusable and performant UI components for a no-code builder experience.
- Own services throughout their lifecycle, including implementation, testing, deployment, observability, and incident response.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Architecture, infrastructure, and platform teams to define features and optimize performance and reliability.
- Mentor and support engineers across the team.
- Contribute to cross-functional planning, architectural reviews, and engineering practices.

## Requirements
- 8+ years of experience building modern web applications in a full-stack environment.
- Deep expertise in TypeScript, React, and Node.js, including Express or similar frameworks.
- Experience designing APIs and building robust services at scale in a distributed, cloud-based architecture.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Experience delivering enterprise-grade user experiences in partnership with Product and Design teams.
- Ability to collaborate with Architects, make technical tradeoffs, and drive alignment across teams.
- Strong engineering standards around testing, monitoring, documentation, and scalability.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead technical discussions and build consensus.
- Interest in mentoring and developing other engineers.

## Nice-to-haves
- Exposure to low-code/no-code tools, workflow engines, or visual development platforms.
- Interest in AI-assisted developer tooling or automation.

## Education
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant industry experience.

## Work arrangement
- Hybrid, with 2–3 days onsite per week in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
- In-person onboarding and travel to the Bengaluru office are required during the first week of employment.
