## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own product strategy and execution for the enterprise customer segment, including advertisers, filmmakers, creative studios, and production companies.
- Build collaboration tooling for multi-seat, team-based enterprise experiences.
- Develop enterprise-grade administration controls and security features, including permissions, roles, audit logs, and compliance capabilities.
- Create custom billing systems for enterprise contracts separate from self-serve billing.
- Improve core generative AI creative tools to meet enterprise customer needs.
- Partner with sales to translate enterprise buyer needs into product requirements.
- Coordinate across product teams to maintain a cohesive experience for enterprise and consumer users.
- Align engineering, design, sales, and leadership around a shared roadmap.
- Own a product area and ship complex, multi-stakeholder products end to end.
- Conduct user interviews and discovery calls with enterprise clients.

## Requirements
- Substantial, deep experience managing enterprise products.
- Experience with enterprise SaaS, administration tooling, billing, and/or security and compliance features.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to translate technical engineering concepts into business stakeholder needs.
- User-centric approach with strong discovery and customer research skills.
- Comfort operating with ambiguity and high ownership.

## Nice to Have
- Experience building products for advertisers, marketers, creative studios, or film producers.
- Experience building and selling AI products, preferably in a B2B or enterprise context.
- Advanced use of AI for productivity.

## Compensation
- $160,000–$200,000 base salary annually, plus stock options and bonus.
