## Responsibilities
- Build high-fidelity simulation environments for AI agents using reinforcement learning.
- Work on frontier tech at the intersection of reinforcement learning and real-world AI deployment.

## Requirements
- Strong developer across **backend** and **infrastructure**.
- Deep interest in agentic AI.
- Experience as founding engineer, founded own company, or major impact at top-tier company.
- Motivated by ownership, impact, and building frontier tech.
- Thrive in ambiguity and love hard problems.
