## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the Replit visual brand system.
- Design and maintain core brand assets, guidelines, and documentation.
- Apply the brand system across product, web, and primary marketing channels.
- Partner with Product and Design to ensure consistent brand expression within the product experience.
- Guide and provide feedback to internal teams and external partners on brand usage.
- Partner with external design studios and agencies to develop and extend the brand system.
- Review and direct external work to ensure alignment with brand standards.
- Ensure consistency and quality across brand-critical touchpoints.
- Develop scalable design frameworks that support long-term brand growth.
- Contribute hands-on design work to high-visibility and foundational projects.

## Requirements
- 5–7+ years of experience in brand design, visual systems, or identity design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand systems, identity work, and applications across multiple touchpoints.
- Expertise in typography, layout, and visual systems.
- Experience building and maintaining design systems at scale.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ability to balance conceptual thinking with executional rigor.
- Experience working with external agencies or design partners.
- Strong attention to detail and consistency.
- Experience collaborating with Product and cross-functional teams.
