## Job Description

## Experiment Architecture & Project Management
- Lead the operational rhythm of weekly growth sprints in Asana.
- Map out and document new experiment hypotheses and parameters from brainstorm sessions.
- Assign clear timeline expectations and hold team members accountable to deliver action items before the weekly growth team call.

## Hands-On Experiment Implementation
- Take ownership of building, monitoring, and maintaining automated growth plays.
- Develop plays across the stack: Cargo (getcargo.ai), Outreach.io, Salesforce CRM, BenefitFlow, ZoomInfo, etc.

## AI Tooling & Automation Leverage
- Learn tool capabilities and explore improvements or additions to better integrate AI into everyday operations.
- Scale outbound content personalization, bypass infrastructure barriers, and accelerate experimentation without additional support.

## Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience operating at the intersection of Growth Marketing, Product Management, or Technical Marketing Operations.
- Owner mentality: naturally curious builder who doesn't wait for permission; energized by figuring out early-stage, "raw" software platforms (like Cargo) and troubleshooting system integration or sync errors.
- Elite project management & documentation: exceptional ability to distill abstract strategy concepts into transparent project backlogs, dashboard tracking systems, and clear written updates posted weekly.
- Stack fluency: strong functional competency navigating sales sequence management systems (Outreach), AI GTM tools, and data enrichment brokers (ZoomInfo) sitting on top of a Salesforce CRM ecosystem.

## Compensation & Benefits
**Zone A Pay Range** (San Francisco Bay Area - California; Metro New York City - Connecticut, New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania): $153,000–$180,000 USD  
**Zone B Pay Range** (California outside SF Bay Area; Metro Denver/Boulder - Colorado; Metro DC - District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia; Metro Boston/Cambridge - Massachusetts and New Hampshire; Metro Austin - Texas; Metro Seattle - Washington): $140,300–$165,000 USD  
**Zone C Pay Range** (all other locations): $127,500–$150,000 USD

Base salary reflects standard pay scale and varies based on work location, job level, knowledge, skills, and experience. Role may be eligible for bonuses, commissions, or equity.
