## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Implement trades to proprietary and third-party manager models for SMA, MSP, and Model Only/UMA sponsors and managers.
- Maintain underlying client accounts and manage trade orders, pre- and post-trade servicing, submission, and execution.
- Identify opportunities to improve trading processes and efficiency.
- Process client model change requests by generating across-the-board block trade orders and completing related risk controls.
- Process maintenance requests—including new accounts, cash flows, terminations, and tax harvests—by rebalancing accounts and routing trade orders for execution.
- Communicate client model changes to Model Only/UMA sponsors according to trade-order rotation and client SLAs.
- Perform Trading Services to support connectivity between Vestmark and sponsors.
- Manage trade operations, including order management, execution review, and reconciliation across Vestmark and enterprise-client platforms.

## Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in the Separately Managed Account (SMA), Unified Managed Account (UMA), or wealth management industry.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, ethical, and effective in a team environment.

## Nice-to-haves
- Working knowledge of Vestmark, CG Trade Connect, InvestCloud, Fiserv MMS, or Envestnet Manager Portal (EMP).
- Knowledge of tax overlay and direct indexing.

## Compensation
- Salary range: $100,000–$115,000 USD.
