## Compensation and Benefits

- **Estimated annual pay ranges:**
  - Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Vermont, or Washington, D.C.: **$116,960–$146,200**
  - New York, New Jersey, Washington State, or California outside the San Francisco Bay Area: **$123,760–$154,700**
  - San Francisco Bay Area, California: **$137,520–$171,900**
- May be eligible to participate in Twilio’s equity plan and corporate bonus plan.
- Benefits generally include health care insurance, a 401(k) retirement account, paid sick time, paid personal time off, paid parental leave, wellness leave, and other benefits that vary by location.
- Occasional travel may be required for project or team meetings.
