## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Influence the roadmap and career objectives.
- Deliver new features, then use results to iterate and improve.
- Drive projects from initial ideation through operations after customer release.
- Contribute to open-source projects beyond the team’s direct scope.
- Design, build, operate, and maintain critical systems, owning reliability, performance, and availability.
- Participate in on-call rotations and take ownership of operated services.
- Mentor and support team members, participate in design discussions, and collaborate with the team.
- Develop expertise in the cloud product, customers, and large distributed-system codebase.

## Requirements
- Motivated self-starter with a bias toward action.
- Customer-focused and passionate about creating intuitive products.
- Pragmatic approach to complex challenges, with iterative delivery and short feedback loops.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills for a fully remote environment.
- Solid experience with at least one programming language.
- Experience delivering projects from requirements gathering and ideation through customer release.
- Experience developing cloud software or working in systems engineering.
- Experience writing clean, robust, performant, and maintainable software.

## Compensation & Benefits
- Germany compensation range: **EUR 109,709–EUR 131,651**.
