> The Account Executive will prospect, develop, and close new business with property management companies across an assigned Mountain Plains territory. The role requires 3+ years of full-cycle sales experience, strong consultative selling skills, and comfort selling SaaS or AI solutions.

## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own an assigned territory by targeting high-opportunity accounts, generating pipeline, and serving as a marketing and AI-leasing expert.
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and in-person visits.
- Manage full-cycle sales, including prospecting, discovery, customized pitching, multithreading, negotiation, and closing.
- Build relationships with marketing directors, regional property managers, IT and systems teams, and other decision-makers.
- Educate partners on the Apartment List platform, including A-List Market, A-List Nurture, and AI leasing solutions.
- Collaborate with Solutions Consultants, Account Managers, Marketing, and Enablement to support deals and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate pipeline hygiene and forecasting in Salesforce, Gong, and other sales tools.
- Assist with implementation after close to support go-live and handoff to Account Management.

## Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle sales experience, including at least 1.5 years in a field, territory, or outside-sales role.
- Proven success meeting or exceeding quota in a high-activity, pipeline-driven environment.
- Strong consultative selling skills, including discovery, objection handling, multithreading, and negotiation.
- Detail-oriented, competitive, proactive, and able to take ownership of the business.
- Systematic and disciplined approach to building pipeline, managing sales processes, and closing new business.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Understanding of the multifamily industry and experience selling to regional or national portfolios.
- Experience selling SaaS or AI products and communicating the value of complex solutions.
- Salesforce experience.
- Ability to learn proprietary tools and technology quickly.

## Compensation and Benefits
- OTE: **$125,000–$140,000**, with uncapped commissions and a target 50/50 base-variable split.
